On February 08th Scarlett made a surprise appearance at the last award show before the main event the next day at the 2020 Film Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, California. Scarlett was there with her Marriage Story cast and present the Best Supporting Male award with Laura Dern to Willem Dafoe and later when on the full cast of Marriage won the Robert Altman Award.

For this event Scarlett was in a Balmain Pre-Fall 2020 Custom dress, Saint Laurents Pumps, jewellery by Hanut Singh and Tyler Ellis Clutch (thanks to Scarlett Johansson Closet for the info)

And the nominations keep coming in this time for the 2020 Sag Awards, Sacrlett is up for Outstanding Female Actor in a Leading Role for Marriage Story & Female Actor in a Supporting Role & Outstanding Cast in a Motion Picture or JoJo Rabbit. Adam has Best Actor, and Laura has Female Actor in a Supporting Role for Marriage Story. Again a big congratulations to Scarlett and all the cast and crew of both Marriage Story & JoJo Rabbit for this amazing news now come on Oscars. And the show will take place on January 19th, 2020.

With all the buzz Marriage Story and JoJo Rabbit has been getting over the last couple of months there have been a lot of talk about when Award season nominations come out Scarlett would be getting some and it is now happening, Scarlett has nomination for a Golden Globe For Best Actress in Marriage Story, As well as Adam for Best Actor, Best Motion Picture Drama. This is Amazing news for Scarlett and the cast and crew for the movie. The show will be taking place on on January 5th, 2020.

On December 06th Marriage Story was released to the world over Netflix and after a little looking I got my hands on a close to 1080p blu-ray quality version as I can. Scarlett plays the role of Nicole a mom who after a unhappy marriage is getting a getting a divorce from Charlie (Adam Driver) and wants to move to LA and take her son Henry (Azhy Robertson) with her and with the help of Nora (Laura Dern) that is what she will try and do. After watching this I just was in shock from it all, The movie is a heartbreaking real life representation of divorce and what the effects of it can do to yourself, your family and everybody around you and in the end what it takes to still stay in each others lives. Both Scarlett and Adam kill this movie and in my mind Scarlett delivers one of the best if not the best (JoJo Rabbit is up there with it) performances of her career and at times you fully understand were she is coming from, why she is doing it and sympathise with her and other times she comes of as the “bad guy” in it all and you full sympathise with Charlie and that is what makes this so outstanding there is no happy ending just understanding is the best way I can say it.

Scarlett Johansson looked stunning in Louis Vuitton as she hit the L.A. premiere of her newest film “Marriage Story” solo..

Scarlett Johansson talks with Access Hollywood at the premiere for her new drama “Marriage Story” about how she got to work her “acting muscles” for the film. And, the actress feels surprised to play a mom twice in the same year and praises her 8-year-old “Marriage Story” co-star Azhy Robertson.

On November 05th it was the big premiere of Marriage Story at at DGA Theater in LA. And Scarlett was joined on the red carpet by her co-stars Laura Dern, Alan Alda and Julia Hagerty and director Noah Baumbach and at the after party she was seen with her Black Widow co-star Florence Pugh but sadly no photos of them on the press line.

For this big event Scarlett was in a Louis Vuitton Resort 2020 Collection dress, Louis Vuitton Sandals, Louis Vuitton Custom Clutch and jewellery by Taffin (thanks to Scarlett Johansson Closet for the info)

On 25th October Scarlett attended the press conference for her second new movie of the year Marriage Story that took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. Yellow is so very much her colour if I do say so my self. Photos from the event are now up in the gallery
