The Outset is a minimalist skincare brand that provides exceptional products for everyone, doing away with unnecessary ingredients and harmful stereotypes. With an approach to skincare that is mindful and minimalist, Scarlett says she wants The Outset to be "universal, approachable, and as reliable as your favorite white tee - a classic staple"

Scarlett Johansson’s baby boy has a newfound fascination!
The actress, 37, appears on Thursday’s episode of PEOPLE (The TV Show!) where she caught up with special correspondent Nancy O’Dell about her two kids and shares her excitement for her upcoming film Sing 2, out Dec. 22. Speaking about her infant son Cosmo, whom she welcomed in August with husband Colin Jost, the star says he’s “great” and has been “making all the fun discoveries like feet.”
“It’s the best,” she says, teasing, “I mean, feet, who knew? There they are. Life-changing.”
The Black Widow actress says Cosmo does “everything” when it comes to his tiny toes, sharing that he’ll “stare at them, pull on them, chew on them.”
“It’s just unbelievable,” she continues. “I mean, can you imagine you never realized you had feet and then you looked down and there they are? You’re like, ‘Whoa.’ ”
As for her daughter, Rose Dorothy, Johansson says the 7-year-old has recently made a discovery of her own: that her mother is a famous actress!
“I think she’s pretty excited about the fact that I’m in Sing 2,” Johansson says. “Although it’s probably more abstract to her. Like she just recently figured out how animated movies work because that’s kind of a surreal, kind of concept.”
The actress also chats with O’Dell about her experience working with Bono on the animated movie and jokes about making an album with the U2 musician.
“I’m only going to do it if Bono does it,” she teases. “Now, he’s come to my turf and then if I go to his turf, we got to work on the album together.”
Sing 2 hits theaters on Dec. 22.

They might still be flying high from having Bono, Pharrell Williams, and Halsey join the already-star-studded cast of “Sing 2” but Scarlett Johansson and Tori Kelly have their wish list for the three-quel and they want Dolly Parton! Plus, Scarlett Johansson shares what it was like to duet with the U2 legend in the film.

The promo for Scarlett’s latest movie Sing 2 is starting up now and on Thursday and Friday the press junket for the movie took place in LA. Day 1 Scarlett was teamed up with her co-star Tori Kelly for interviews and day 2 she was with Reese Witherspoon and from some of the photos we have seen it looks like some kids will be interviewing them and we should have some great interviews coming up soon. I have added in some photos from both days and two little videos as well.

Scarlett made a surprise appearance last night (December 05th) at the 44th Kennedy Center Honors at The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Scarlett was there for Colin and SNL to support it’s creator Lorne Michaels who was honored for his contributions to the performing arts at the event. Scarlett did do a speech at the event but no videos have come out yet. She was in a plunging gold sequined halter dress and just looks amazing in it. At this time we only have 16 HQ photos from the event and it looks like no more photos will be coming out but I will keep a eye out.

IGN – A different kind of reteam is in store for Ghosted, the Apple Original Films romantic action adventure film to be helmed by Dexter Fletcher. Ana de Armas will reteam with her Knives Out co-star Chris Evans in the film. Scarlett Johansson, Evans’ oft-collaborator in the Marvel movies, has amicably exited the picture in what sources describe as a scheduling conflict.
Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger are producing, along with Jules Daly. Evans will serve as producer and de Armas as an executive producer. The film’s writers, Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Deadpool, Zombieland), will also be producers. They developed the project based on an original idea of theirs and preemptively sold it to Skydance.
Apple acquired the high-profile project over the summer. It is described as a high concept romantic action adventure film. The change comes because the intent is to get the picture into production by February, and the timing didn’t work out for Johansson. Ellison led the charge to bring in de Armas, who’s about as hot an actress out there right now after Knives Out and No Time to Die, and Blonde. She most recently starred with Evans and Ryan Gosling in the Joe and Anthony Russo-directed The Gray Man for Netflix. She has also been in talks to play the lead in the John Wick spinoff Ballerina.
Skydance is coming off the Chris Pratt-starrer The Tomorrow War, the Michael B. Jordan-starrer Without Remorse, and has set Victoria Mahoney to direct Old Guard 2. Fletcher directed Rocketman and completed Bohemian Rhapsody.
Apple has several buzzworthy awards season titles including CODA, The Tragedy of Macbeth, Swan Song and Finch, with other big films coming in the Martin Scorsese-directed Killers of the Flower Moon, the Will Smith-Antoine Fuqua film Emancipation, and the Ridley Scott-directed Kitbag with Joaquin Phoenix as Napoleon Bonaparte and Jodie Comer as his wife Josephine.

IGN – Black Widow star Scarlett Johansson says its important to ‘stand up for yourself’ after suing Disney over the release of Black Widow’s solo film.
During an interview with The Associated Press, the 37-year-old Black Widow star commented on her recent lawsuit against Disney.
“I think it’s important in general to know your own worth and stand up for yourself,” she said. “And I think in this industry, I’ve been working for such a long time, it’s been almost 30 years, and so I’ve seen – I think there’s so much that has shifted over those 30 years, and I think sometime before, maybe, you would feel, ‘Oh gosh, if I stand up for myself, I might never work again, or I might be blacklisted in some way’.”
Johansson sued Disney earlier this year for breach of contract after Black Widow, her long-awaited Avengers solo movie, was given a hybrid release – premiering both in cinemas and on Disney+ Premier Access. Her salary, which was largely based on box office returns from the films release, was said to have been affected.
She eventually settled with Disney after reportedly asking for $100 million in damages. However, this doesn’t seem to have affected their working relationship – the actress has since gone on to sign up for ‘top secret’ Marvel project that’s unrelated to her Black Widow character.
And any concerns about being blacklisted are over.
“Thankfully that’s changing in the zeitgeist,” she added. “And honestly I think that happening in an industry that’s as huge and universal as the entertainment industry, it’s really important to lead that charge.”
Additionally, Scarlett Johansson is still attached to Disney’s upcoming Tower of Terror movie, laying to rest any notions of bad blood between actress and studio.
Although Johansson’s Black Widow made a dramatic exit from the MCU during the events of Avengers: Endgame, it looks as though she’s far from done with both Disney and Marvel.

Etonline – Scarlett Johansson is making her first red carpet since she and husband, Colin Jost, welcomed their son, Cosmo, back in August. The Black Widow star was honored with the American Cinematheque Award at the 35th Annual American Cinematheque Awards Thursday night, where she talked to ET’s Nischelle Turner about leaving behind her “baby bliss bubble” to accept the honor.
“I feel very fortunate that I’ve been able to take this time to really enjoy the early stages of my motherhood with our son,” Johansson shared. “It’s been wonderful. I’m in a ‘baby bliss bubble.'”
The 36-year-old actress’s seven-year-old daughter, Rose, however, is not as taken by baby Cosmo as his parents are.
“She’s seven, so she’s very busy, she’s kind of like, ‘Oh yeah, he’s cute. So, all this happened,’ [just] non-stop talk,” the mother-of-two joked. The award, which is given to someone who has made a significant contribution to the art of the motion pictures, is one that almost had the Black Widow executive producer, who was the first original Avenger to earn that distinction on their standalone project, questioning where she was at in her career.
“When I was first told that I was getting this award, I was like, ‘Wait, is it over? I’m still in the middle of my life, my career,'” Johansson said. “It’s a unique experience, a very special one to just kind of, take it all in. I’m very overwhelmed.”
But it’s hardly the end of the road for the super star, who said she loves her job now, more than she ever has before.
“I’ve been on my path, and I love my job now, more than I ever have before. I think I’m very much focused on getting better, and getting more efficient, and exploring parts of me that are uncomfortable to explore and be curious about those places and using that in my work,” she shared. “I’m very much in the middle of it, so, I haven’t really been able to think about what the legacy means, ’cause I’m just too entrenched in the work right now.”
In receiving the coveted honor, Johansson joins the likes of Julia Roberts, Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Downey Jr. and Bradley Cooper to name a few. The Marvel actress said it still hasn’t sunken in for her yet, but she’s sure it will soon.
“It has not,” Johansson admitted. “No, again, [the] theme here is I’m really behind the ball. I’m sure tomorrow and over the next coming days, I will be able to just go, ‘Wow, I can’t believe that happened to me.’ But I’m trying to be present in the moment. It will hit me though. I’m sure it’s gonna hit me.”

Variety – Few actors have dominated movie screens in quite the same fashion as Scarlett Johansson, who will receive the 35th annual American Cinematheque Award on Nov. 18. The American Cinematheque will be honoring Participant Media with its inaugural Power of Cinema Award.
Able to bounce back and forth between massive worldwide blockbusters (“Black Widow,” “The Avengers,” “Lucy”) and critically acclaimed independent productions (“Under the Skin,” “Don Jon,” “Chef”), the Oscar-nominated Johansson landed Academy consideration for 2019’s “Marriage Story” and “Jojo Rabbit,” and has cemented herself as one of the most iconic women on the screen, making her a natural fit for the honor. Upcoming is the animated “Sing 2” in which she voices Ash, the female crested porcupine, one of the main characters of the toon.
Having done comedy, romance, action-spectacle, and nearly everything else in between, she never pigeonholed herself into one genre, opening herself up to various cinematic possibilities.
“Whenever she graces the screen with her luminous presence, the audience knows that they will see a dedicated artist at the height of her powers. We can’t wait to share in the next phase of Scarlett Johansson’s marvelous career,” says American Cinematheque chair Rick Nicita.
Johansson’s screen debut was in Rob Reiner’s 1994 comedy, “North,” which quickly led to more high-profile pre-teen roles, before Robert Redford cast her in his 1998 drama, “The Horse Whisperer,” in which she stole scenes against numerous veterans in an emotionally intense picture.
But it was the one-two indie punch of 2001’s “Ghost World” and 2003’s “Lost in Translation” that got critics paying close attention to her talents, and which led to an unbelievable run of projects. In a recent interview with Variety, Johansson commented on how she values her artistic process. “I never feel like my work is done,” she said.
“I still think of new ways I could try lines from movies I shot 10 years ago.”
Her eclectic filmography shows an actor ready for anything. She sandwiched a Michael Bay thriller (“The Island”) between two Woody Allen films (“Match Point” and “Scoop”), and worked with visionary filmmaker Christopher Nolan on his most undervalued effort, “The Prestige.”
She provided some of the most memorable voice work in recent years in Spike Jonze’s 2013 tech-relationship film, “Her,” which found her utilizing that trademark smoky voice as a way of infecting Joaquin Phoenix’s lovesick headspace. Voicing the AI character inside Phoenix’s computer and smart devices, she gave a subtly tricky performance that balanced audience expectation and the absolute unknown.
Writing for Variety at the time, film critic Scott Foundas said of her performance, “It’s Johansson who pulls off the trickiest feat: She creates a complex, full-bodied character without any body at all. Detached from her lethally curvaceous figure, the actress’ breathy contralto is no less seductive, but it also alights with tenderness and wonder as Samantha, both here on Earth and up there in the Cloud, voraciously devours literature, philosophy and human experience.”
But it was her high-energy role as Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, who held central prominence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe over numerous films and made her a full-blown international movie-star. Though the character made the ultimate sacrifice in 2019’s “Avengers: Endgame,” last summer saw the successful release of the standalone adventure, “Black Widow,” which showed the origins of her character and tied into everything that had come before it. (Johansson also made headlines and garnered support for filing a breach of contract lawsuit against Disney over the film’s payday; the suit was settled in September.)
Even at this point, Johansson was learning new things about the character. While appearing as a guest on the Variety podcast “The Big Ticket” with Marc Malkin to discuss “Endgame,” Johansson said, “I have a greater understanding of this character than I ever possibly did before.”

Scarlett Johansson chats with ET’s Nischelle Turner at the 35th Annual American Cinematheque Awards. Johansson says she left her ‘baby bliss bubble’ to be honored with the American Cinematheque Award on Thursday, accompanied by husband Colin Jost. The couple welcomed a son, Cosmo, in August. The actress jokes about the way her 7-year-old daughter, Rose, has taken to her new sibling. Johansson also reacts to settling her lawsuit with The Walt Disney Company over pay compensation for ‘Black Widow.’

“You can certainly use rubber guns” on movie sets, says US Actress Scarlett Johansson a month after actor Alec Baldwin fatally shot cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of “Rust”. The 36-year-old actress, who was honoured with the American Cinematheque Award, adds “there’s no reason to ever fire a weapon in an enclosed space” as pressure mounts for ban on real guns in Hollywood.
