traders350 – During a recent promotional interview for Captain Marvel, Marvel Cinematic Universe star Samuel L. Jackson spoke about the future of her character, the iconic secret agent Nick Fury.
These are the words of the actor, according to whom the former leader of SHIELD still has much to give, and above all to say:
” For this film, it can not be considered a film about Fury’s origins. We find it already sitting at his desk, we are not told or explained what he did before ending up there, the war years, or those spent on the field doing the spy work Captain Marvel tries to ask him what he has done before, and he replies that he had been a soldier and a spy. The actor also brought up the Black Widow, opening up interesting possibilities about the stand-alone film with Scarlett Johansson, which, we recall, is currently in production:

We remind you that thanks to the press previews organized in the United States came to the official confirmation that the film is considered a prequel to Avengers: Endgame, with two post-credit scenes closely related to the film of brothers Anthony and Joe Russo. The long-awaited cinecomic recounts the adventure of Carol Danvers, a half-terrestrial half-Kree woman whose extraordinary powers allow her to join the Starforce group and support Ronan the Accusator in the age-old Skrull war, the Kree’s alien sworn enemy race. But the Skrulls are apparently heading for Earth, which will bring Captain Marvel back to his home planet.
Here we are in the middle of the 90s, Nick Fury is still a young secret agent far from becoming the leader of SHIELD we all know and, with Captain America still hibernated, Carol is the only real superhero able to protect the planet from the mysterious planes of the invading aliens.

Not that there’s been much acting of late. When the world came to a halt, Scarlett found herself “kind of flummoxed,” she says. “I don’t know, I was having an out-of-body experience.” Without a film to make, she found herself adrift, flirting with a minor existential crisis. “At the beginning, I was doing all this crap that everyone was doing – like, I’ll start learning how to play guitar,” she says, in one of a number of soliloquies during our conversation that veer between earnest self-interrogation and stand-up. “Whatever. In between panicking. And then that stuff sort of faded away, and I realised actually that I exist pretty well in this space. I realise I don’t have to be constantly in motion to survive, I think.” She pauses. “I’ve always had this fear of, what if everything goes away, what will become of me? It’s this great fear of the unknown, and now I’ve been that way for some time, I realise, Oh, actually, you’re still alive.” She smiles and adds cheerfully, “It probably comes from some fear of death, anyway.”
