We caught up with writer and director Taika Waititi and the cast of Jojo Rabbit, including Scarlett Johansson, Sam Rockwell and Roman Griffin Davis, at the Toronto International Film Festival. This edgy satire about a boy whose imaginary friend is Hitler is tough to summarize — Waititi describes his distinctive style as “like life” which is always a mixture of comedy and drama. Johansson admits it’s a movie you need to experience for yourself.
