Yesterday Scarlett joined the millions of woman and men who demonstrated across 600 cities on Saturday for woman rights and Trump, Scarlett did a emotional speech about and asking trump to support her “President Trump, I did not vote for you, That said, I respect that you are our President Elect and I want to be able to support you but first I ask that you support me,” and when on to talk about Rose “Support my daughter, who may actually as a result of the appointments you have made, grow up in a country that is moving backwards, not forwards, and who may potentially not have the right to make choices for her body and her future that your daughter Ivanka has been privileged to have”. Unfortunately when Scarlett was right at the top of what she was trying to say her speech was cut short, the official reason was due to time constraints but Scarlett did not look happy about it. Still it was a great day for woman’s rights and all people said a amazing time was had. Both HQ photos and MQ photos from the event are now up in the gallery.

One day after President-Elect Donald Trump is sworn into office next Friday, Debra Messing, Cher, Scarlett Johansson and more will join the Women’s March on Washington, D.C.

The Women’s March on Washington will take place Jan. 21 and features partners including GLAAD, Planned Parenthood and Amnesty International.

Other notable celebrities joining the march are America Ferrera, Patricia Arquette, Danielle Brooks, Julianne Moore, Amy Schumer and Katy Perry, an official press release for the event reads. More than 100,000 are expected to attend.

“Since the election, so many fear that their voices will go unheard,” said Ferrera, who was announced today as the artist table chair for the march. “As artists, women, and most importantly dedicated Americans, it is critical that we stand together in solidarity for the protection, dignity and rights of our communities.”

The mission of the march is to shine a light on people of all faiths, races, colors and disabilities, in addition to the rights of women, the march’s website reads.

“This march is the first step towards unifying our communities, grounded in new relationships, to create change from the grassroots level up. We will not rest until women have parity and equity at all levels of leadership in society,” the website adds.

The marches won’t just be happening in the nation’s capital either. Chelsea Handler will be leading a “solidarity” march in Park City, Utah, at the Sundance Film Festival, which opens the same weekend. There will be more than 150 other “sister” marches nationwide — with at least one in each of the 50 states, according to the press release.

A request for comment from Trump’s spokeswoman was not immediately returned to ABC News.

Johansson and Versace will be honored at this year’s gala on Feb. 8, which serves as an unofficial kick off to New York Fashion Week.

New York Fashion Week will be kicking off this year with some Italian flair. The annual amfAR New York gala, to be held this year on Feb. 8 at Cipriani Wall Street, will honor Donatella Versace and Scarlett Johansson. Lena Dunham will serve as host, and Ellie Goulding will be this year’s performer.

The gala, sponsored by Harry Winston, serves as the unofficial launch of New York Fashion Week, which properly gets under way on Feb. 9. Johansson and Versace have been selected for the honor due to their “longstanding support of amfAR,” according to the organization.

As with all amfAR benefits, the star quotient will be full-force this February. In addition to Johansson, Versace, Dunham and Goulding, event chairs for this year’s gala include Woody Allen, Lady Gaga, Patrick Demarchelier, Iman, Carine Roitfeld, Kenneth Cole, Heidi Klum, and David and Lauren Bush Lauren. Alessandra Ambrosio is one of the evening’s co-chairs.

Past honorees include Harvey Weinstein, last year’s honoree, as well as President Bill Clinton, Dame Elizabeth Taylor, Sir Elton John and David Furnish, Robin Williams, Diane von Furstenberg, Clive Davis, Richard Gere, Whoopi Goldberg, Tom Hanks, Janet Jackson and Donna Karan.

It looks like the press promo for Ghost In The Shell is stating a full two months before its release, And Entertainment Tonight got to sit down with Scarlett and talk about the movie, it’s casting and baby Rose with music.

“I sing a lot, all day, probably much to her annoyance,” Johansson told ET’s Cameron Mathison on Monday, opening up about life with her 2-year-old, Rose Dorothy. “Sometimes it’s songs she doesn’t want to hear, so she’ll just go, ‘No, no, no! Not that one.’ I’m like a jukebox, just press ‘skip.’ Next!”
