It’s all about behind the scenes! I’ve added some gorgeous images on the set of the shooting of Dolce & Gabanna’s ‘The One’ perfumes campaign, and also the shooting of Mango’s Fall 2010 campaign. Enjoy!
I’m so happy to announce that I’ve finally had the time and permissions to update and post all the missing things on the site!
– Scarlett’s filmography has been updated with her upcoming project The Avengers and the Iron Man 2 page has been completely re-done with new quotes, photos and many things!
– I’ve added all the information on Break Up, her music album of duets with Pete Yorn on the ‘Scarlett as Singer’ page.
– And also the Awards & Nominations, Contact & the Site Information pages have been updated.
Hope you liked it! The Fan Achive and Video Archive pages still need to be updated but both Jess and I will be working on it, we promise! Stay tuned for some gallery additions too!
Some may be drawn to Scarlett Johansson’s sexy curves in Dolce & Gabbana The Makeup’s Fall 2010 advertising campaign, but us, we can’t get past her lips.
Roguishly dark and exquisitely glossed, they act as a raven anchor to her smoldering nude eye, and punctuate the fact that the statement lip is sticking.
A mainstay on the Fall 2010 runways, deep purple lips stood out on the Dolce & Gabbana, Peter Som, Proenza Schouler (who’s also featuring dark lips in their Fall ad campaign) and Doo.ri fashion shows. It’s a racy, heart-pumping and fiercely feminine trend that stands in welcome rebellion to the neutral, sculpted face we saw at many other top shows.
“We went all out with contrast, the kind of contrast that makes a real statement,” says Dolce & Gabbana collaborator Pat McGrath, “It’s really all about the lips-very shiny and dark, super sexy. I downplayed the eyes, which are still gorgeous, but it’s a subtle kind of power, very implicit. I was going for a look that is very much about ‘now’ but is also ultra Dolce & Gabbana, capturing their ultimate signature look for beauty. Very suggestive, mysterious- yet still very bold. To me, that’s what the fall is all about.”

– Modeling: Dolce & Gabbana cosmetics > Fall 2010 Campaign
I’ve added screencaps from the behind the scenes video of the Fall 2010 Mango campaign, check them out in the gallery because they’re amazing, and Scarlett looks super classy on them.
Also, I’d like to clear up something regarding the site. I’ve been the co-website owner of Scarlett-Fan for nearly a year, part of the web forum for 4 years now, I’m in contact with Scarlett’s personal publicist and I’ve been trying to update the site as much as I could. But the site has been passing through some trouble to find a new owner to take care of the site along with me. Just would like to tell all our loyal fans that I’ve always been here, but, as I don’t have complete permissions to change things on the web, there have been lack of updates and everything’s been a bit of a mess. Sorry but I tried to do my best, I hope you understand. Both Jess and I are updating all the site info. Thanks everyone. Enjoy the pics!

Greetings Scarlett fans! Scarlett-Fan.com has currently had a change of owners, and I thought I should post here to introduce myself. My name is Jess, and I am so entirely thrilled to be the new owner of Scarlett Fan! I have been a fan of Scarlett for years, and a loyal visitor to this amazing fansite. I realize that SF has had several different owners in the past, but I am determined to continue on with this site and help it maintain its a-list status. Rope will still remain apart of the site, since she is a great member of the team!
In the next few days I will be adding new content and images to the site. I also feel that the pages definitely need to be updated!! So expect more updates to follow, and if you have any questions/concerns/comments please do not hesitate to voice them!
Last we heard (early last year), Diablo Cody was producing and Geoff Latulippe was scripting the adaptation of S.G. Browne’s Breathers: A Zombie’s Lament. That script is now in, and it’s out to directors. Moreover, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Scarlett Johansson are “loosely” attached, according to the Hollywood Cog.
The movie is a romantic comedy about Andy, a dead man who discovers himself newly re-animated as a mid-aged, decaying zombie who must figure out what it means to live as an Un-dead in a society that denies his kind basic rights.
The complete set of Mango’s 2010 Fall campaign has been added to the gallery. The ads get better and better on every new season! I hope you like the pics, because I simply adored them. Such a sophisticated look she has!
– Other Projects: Modeling: Mango > 2010 Fall Campaign
David O. Russell’s next movie is coming together fast — thanks to the imminent commitment of Scarlett Johansson to star alongside its producer and leading man, Vince Vaughn. Vulture hears that Vaughn’s Wild West Picture Show production company has landed Johansson to star in Old St. Louis, a Paper Moon–esque road movie about a divorced traveling toy salesman who reconnects with his teen daughter after years on the road. Johansson would play Vaughn’s paramour, a secretary who accompanies them on their cross-country sales jaunt.
Insiders tell Vulture that the project had been around for years — earlier in the decade, it was called Toy Men and set up for Sony’s Columbia Pictures, with a script alternately worked on by Steve Pink (the screenwriter of movies like Gross Pointe Blank and High Fidelity and, more recently, the director of Hot Tub Time Machine) and Allen Loeb (Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps). But now that it’s been so thoroughly rewritten by Russell, it bears only his name — and a new title.
Creative Artists Agency, which reps both Johansson and Vaughn, is in the midst of raising the financing for the $20 million indie project, but we hear it’s already closing in on a deal with Universal Pictures to distribute the drama, which is expected to start shooting this October.
Ryan Reynolds has signed on as narrator and exec producer of “The Whale,” a docu about a wild killer whale that causes upheaval in a small town when he tries to befriend human beings.
Suzanne Chisholm and Michael Parfit directed the film, produced by Mountainside Films. Reynolds signed on to the project because he had a personal connection to the film, which was set near his hometown of Vancouver, B.C.
“The Whale” is the true story of a baby killer whale, nicknamed Luna, who gets separated from his family on the rugged west coast of Vancouver Island. As rambunctious and surprising as a visitor from another planet, Luna endears himself to humans with his determination to make friends, which leads to laughter, conflict and unexpected consequences.
Scarlett Johansson and Eric Desatnik are also exec producing and Desatnik’s handling U.S. sales of the film. World sales are by PBS Intl.
