Rumour has it that Scarlett is set to appear in the forthcoming 2007 Louis Vuitton ad campaign. She has previously appeared in a Vuitton campaign back in 2004.

According to PR Inside, Scarlett has confirmed reports she’s filling in time between movie shoots by recording an album.
Apparently she is a huge fan of Tom Waits, and is so keen to do his music justice she’s taking all the time she can in the studio.
She says, “It’s coming along. There is no rush to get it out there.”
“We’re taking our time – doing a week here and week there. I just love his music.”

FoxNews.com reported on Monday that Scarlett has signed a deal to make her first record. “Scarlett Sings Tom Waits”, an album of songs by Tom Waits, is being recorded now and through the winter, with a possible release next spring from Rhino Records’ recently reactivated Atco label. The eventual release date will be coordinated with Scarlett’s movie schedule.

Please keep in mind that the story have not been confirmed by Johansson’s publicist and should be taken as gossip for the time being.

Reebok has signed a multi-year partnership with one of Hollywood’s most captivating young actresses, Scarlett Johansson. The 21 year-old beauty has partnered with the brand to co-create Scarlett “Hearts” Rbk, a fashion-forward, athletic-inspired footwear and apparel signature collection debuting in spring 2007 at high-end department stores and boutiques around the world. The line will be grounded in sport and will feature head-to-toe looks designed to take today’s multi-dimensional woman from the studio to the street in style. In addition, the star of acclaimed films including “Match Point” and “Lost In Translation” will be featured in Reebok’s new global women’s advertising campaign breaking in spring 2007.

Match Point is now out on DVD in North America so go and pick up your copy to see Scarlett’s performance as Nola Rice. The UK released is slated for 8th May. DVD captures will be up shortly.

‘Unexpected Dreams: Songs From the Stars’ is now also out and features Scarlett’s sultry version of ‘Summertime’. Extra has a video clip promoting the release and Scarlett appears in the end for a few seconds.

Scarlett has been announced as the face of Bono’s new project, RED; a brand that will invite other companies to contribute products to it and donates a significant percentage of profits to the Global Fund which fights TB, Aids and malaria in Africa. “It really works,” Scarlett told Style. “I mean, I’m a Red American Express cardholder, and I’m putting everything on it now. And the clothing brands involved are so available to everyone: Gap, Converse, Armani ? brands that people buy all the time.” It is the involvement of American Express that has really let the project run, since it’s decision to give 1 per cent of everything spent on its credit card reassured the other brands that it was a safe move to get involved. ” RED will officially launch on Wednesday. Match Point will be released on DVD in April 2006. The film will be presented in 1.85:1 Anamorphic Widescreen, along with English Dolby Digital 2.0 Mono and English SDH audio tracks. French and Spanish subtitles are also povided. As for the discs extras, they are yet to be announced. The disc will be available to own when it hits store shelves April 25, 2006. (source)

Scarlett Johansson’s multi- million deal with L’Oreal has been confirmed.
The actress will be the face of the new colour line: HIP High Intensity Pigments.
According to Woman’s Wear Daily the deal is worth $3million and the company hope to generate $50 million of sales in the first year. Johansson said:” It’s wonderful to be working with L’Oreal, a company that has celebrated independent women for years.
“I’m very excited to be part of this campaign, which is modern and fashion forward.” (Source)
