After her interview with Entertainment Weekly Scarlett and the cast of Black Window went and did a little photoshoot for them before leaving to go back to filming the movie in London. I have added in two HQ photos from it and hope one day to get the rest.

usatoday – SAN DIEGO — Scarlett Johansson would have happily ended her run as Avengers superspy Black Widow with her emotional and fatal finale in “Avengers: Endgame.”

But like any good secret agent, Johansson got sucked back into the game – again, very happily — for her own Marvel solo project “Black Widow” (in theaters May 1, 2020). Directed by Cate Shortland (“Lore”), the movie kicks off Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and had a primetime spot Saturday at Marvel’s Comic-Con presentation.

Currently filming in London, “Black Widow” is “a mature step” in Marvel’s growing universe, Johansson tells USA TODAY. “Even though there’s a lot of different elements in some facets of the character to explore, I was happy with the work that I did. The only reason to do this film is really to elevate the genre in a way. It feels like the right time.”

Marvel showed a spy-tinged “Black Widow” trailer to the Comic-Con crowd that offered a glimpse at the ballet company/Black Widow program that trained Russian girls to be super-assassins, a “John Wick”-esque fight between Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff and her “sister” Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) that involves guns, knives and a shower curtain, and a throwdown between Natasha and debuting supervillain Taskmaster.

“It’s a remarkable, unique story,” Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige says of “Black Widow,” which is set after the events of 2016’s “Captain America: Civil War.” “People think they know everything there is to know about the Black Widow. I promise you they do not. We tapped into a period in her life that we’ve never explored before and how that affects her going forward.”

So far, those fights with Johansson have been “just amazing moments that I’ll think back to for the rest of my life,” Pugh said, who later admitted that her favorite Yelena character quirk is “how she does two ponytails instead of one.”

Rachel Weisz’s Melina has cycled through the Red Room program five times and is quite formidable herself. “No shower curtains but l have ‘Widow Bites’ and lots of action scenes,” Weisz said.

“Black Widow” features “three really complicated, powerful but vulnerable female characters. I can’t think of any action movie that is like that,” Weisz added. “So I would say it’s completely new.”

“Stranger Things” star David Harbour plays Alexei, aka Red Guardian, the Soviets’ answer to Captain America developed during the Cold War. “In your cliche mind, you go like, ‘Oh this is what it’s going to be. ‘And it’s like, ‘No, it’s surprise, surprise, surprise.’ He will surprise you,” said Harbour, who wore a Cap T-shirt for the occasion.

And Mason, played by O-T Fagbenle (“The Handmaid’s Tale”), is a “fixer” of sorts with “the ability to get things for spies and superheroes who might find it hard to get otherwise,” said the British actor. He also teases an “interesting romantic conflict” between Mason and Natasha: “Sometimes you want things that aren’t practical, and your heart and the nature of your life doesn’t necessarily coalesce to provide that kind of connection.”

Johansson had been talking about and developing a “Black Widow” movie with Kevin Feige for eight years and thinks the timing couldn’t be better for her, personally.

“I definitely feel like the film that we’re making right now and this incarnation of Natasha, in all of her sort of strength and her vulnerability and the strengths she finds in her own vulnerability, is something that I don’t think I could have done 10 years ago,” Johansson said.

We Got This Covered – With Phase 3 of the MCU now finally complete, fans are eagerly looking forward to what’s coming in Phase 4. Marvel Studios’ plans for the next couple of years are widely expected to be outlined at next week’s San Diego Comic-Con, with fresh information coming down the pipeline about Shang-Chi, The Eternals, Black Panther 2 and Doctor Strange 2. But all of those movies are some way off yet, with The Eternals just about to begin shooting. This leaves only one currently-in-production film that has a realistic chance of getting a trailer at the panel: Black Widow.

And as it turns out, Variety are reporting that an advance look at the movie may well be on the cards. An anonymous executive spoke to the publication recently, explaining that:

“Marvel will of course bring out the stars of its next phase, and that’ll be a moment for it, but you’re also using a presentation in Hall H to break a new piece of content. Getting something ready, like footage or a trailer for ‘Black Widow,’ means a VFX acceleration. If it’s up to two or three minutes, that can run you a million bucks.”

Well, it’s a good thing that Marvel Studios probably has a million bucks to burn at the moment, and right now seems like a great time to remind audiences of why they were demanding a Black Widow solo movie for so long. Precisely what Black Widow will consist of remains a mystery, but given that we all saw Natasha sacrifice herself for the Soul Stone in Avengers: Endgame, it’s safe to assume that this will be a prequel.

Despite that, analysis of set photos shows cars that were released in 2017. This indicates that at least part of the events of the movie will take during the time the character was undercover with Captain America after Civil War, or possibly during the five-year period after the Blip. So, right now we have more questions than answers, but I’m desperately hoping at least some of them get cleared up next week at Comic-Con.

Scarlett was seen on both May 30th and 31st filming Black Widow for both days she was in Åndalsnes, Norway filming with her stunt double who when into a lake for Scarlett was said to be holding a “reality Stone” this could be very wrong and it be something different but people who were there said it looked like one. And on May 31st Scarlett was seen on a mountain running with a helicopter fly above filming her. It now looks like filming is done in Norway as the film trucks have been seen in Black Park Buckinghamshire UK and it is said filming will as well take place in London soon.

Ladies and gentlemen this is not a drill but after years and years of us hoping and asking for it Scarlett has now begun filming her own Black Widow movie, She was seen today in Norway filming going into a grocery store and on a ferry. The photos dont give much away other then a stunt person for Scarlett was on set with her so could be a action scene as for the plot of the movie nothing is known right now some are saying it will be set in 1999/2000 time, others after Civil War and some after Infinity War and before Avengers: Endgame but by looking at her hair I would say that one is out but the Civil War one could work. Head over to the gallery to see them all and here is hoping we get more info very soon.

Johansson also felt an almost eerie sense of connection when Baumbach handed her the monologue over lunch in the fall of 2017.“It was the first piece Noah gave me, and it felt familiar somehow, but not because of what I’d been experiencing then,” says the actress, 34, who at the time was embroiled in her own separation, from French curator Romain Dauriac. “But maybe because of how I grew up, and the dynamic between my parents—or maybe because I’ve known women who’ve dedicated themselves to their partner’s vision and then come out of this decade-long relationship feeling almost like a ghost.” She adds that she, too, has been in that place, and that the truth in Nicole’s story was what excited her. “I didn’t hesitate at all, because I knew that I’d have the opportunity to say those words,” she says. “Noah gave me that monologue, and I was like, ‘Well, shit, come on.’ Am I going to be like, ‘Nah, I’m good—let some other actor have that’? No way.”
